Customer Reviews about Fluker's Cricket Farm Inc
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dad and I were looking for bait for our upcoming fishing trip when he saw Fluker's on the map nearby. He said, "Cricket farm. Huh." Since the bait shop wasn't what we expected, we decided to stop by and "See some crickets." My dad, expecting a few bins of crickets, drove his son, filled with anticipation, to the back entrance (whoops) of Fluker's Cricket Farms, Inc. at Port Allen, Louisiana. When my dad rolled down the window to ask if his son could see a few crickets, I got a few looks, (rightfully so, it's not everyday you see someone my age rolling up to a cricket farm to ask to see some crickets) but was quickly helped by the manager of the farm, Troy. He helped us with a smile on his face, entertaining my father with endless facts about crickets. Both of us were giddy the entire time, mostly spouting phrases like "Awesome," "Cool," and "Wow." We were dumbfounded by the sheer amount of not only crickets present on the facility, but fruit flies, mealworms, superworms, soldierworms, and my personal favorite: Madagascan hissing cockroaches. And each in bountiful supply. In summation: Amazing service, Troy is awesome, check out the amazing diamond in the rough that is Fluker's Cricket Farms, Inc. at Port Allen, Louisiana.May 22, 2017by Jake Wade
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor company. I have given them chances time and time again over the past two months, and they have constantly failed. 70% of the crickets are dead on arrival, and the companies only suggestion is for you to pay for faster than 2 day shipping....If 2 day isn't enough, then you have crappy packaging. I have never seen a drop of food in the packaging to keep them alive, or warm packaging. Constantly messed up delivery days on my recurring orders. Poor communication between employees. Just really poor actions for any company who wishes to keep their doors open. I would not recommend them in the least.January 20, 2017by Blake Harper
